Brief Biography

Kristyna is a practicing psychologist. She received her general psychology degree from the University of Glasgow. She also completed a postgraduate course in social and developmental psychology at the University of Cambridge. Currently she is working towards a doctorate degree in clinical psychology. She has extensively worked with clients suffering from complex traumatic experiences and related issues. She relies mainly on psychodynamic, analytical and narrative concepts. Where appropriate she combines these approaches with cognitive and behavioural techniques. Her overall goal in therapy is to create a secure environment for the client so that they can feel comfortable enough to work towards their improved well-being.
